Samaresh Routray
Samaresh Routray is an Indian actor born in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. After completing his schooling in his hometown, he pursued his passion for acting at the prestigious National School of Drama, Delhi.
Routray began his career in 2001 with a role in the film "23rd March 1931: Shaheed". He then went on to make his mark in the Odia film industry with his debut lead role in "Dhauli Express" (2008).
Since then, he has appeared in over 50 films, showcasing his range and depth as an actor. His notable works include "Luchakali", "Kranti Dhara", "Namard", "Loafer", and "Most Wanted".
In addition to acting, Routray has ventured into film production under his banner S3Movies, producing critically acclaimed films like "Aadrushyam", "Niyati", and "Tike Love Tike Twist". His music label Odiaone has been instrumental in promoting Odia music and artists, showcasing his commitment to preserving and promoting Odia culture.
