She earned a B/A in English/ Drama at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, where she enjoyed performing in their productions, as well as doing some directing and founding an annual dance showcase called "Dance In Flight" which continues today.
After graduating, she studied with Anthony Meindl's inaugural class in Hollywood at The Complex, and at his Actor's Lab on Melrose, continuing to act in regional theatre, television and film.
She has enjoyed work on network and cable shows, including "Criminal Minds," "This Is Us," Showtime's "Shameless," Netflix's "Girlboss," and Comedy Central's "Corporate." And, as of 2022, she also enjoys being a lead singer in a 70's rock cover band called "Stone Groove."
