Erin Wu
Erin Wu is a Taiwanese American actress born in Taipei. She is known for her recurring role as Gia in BET The Family Business directed by Trey Haley. Coming 2023, she plays Diamelle in Miramax Old Dads directed by Bill Burr. She's featured in HBO The Idol directed by Sam Levinson. She began her career starring as a Wushu Sword Martial Artist in music videos Brave by Gladiator ft. Mothica & Vindata and Flames by David Guetta ft. Sia starring Danny Trejo. She made her film breakthrough in 2017, as the lead role Kia in the Star Wars Film Dark Legacy.
She grew up in the bay area, dancing with Future Shock San Jose. Then she graduated UCLA and received B.A in Sociology and Theater Minor. She directed Samahang Modern and won gold for her Spear form on Wushu Team.
Off-screen, Wu supports international wildlife charities including GG Conservation, Care for Wild through art as well as Bunnyluv Rabbit Resource Center in North Hollywood. Her mission is to end animal cruelty and raise awareness for cruelty free products.
