Born Tia L. Easley, India attended the "Milwaukee School For The Performing Arts" where she studied, theater, dance and music. India went on to work in the music business as a songwriter and a rapper. India also has her own publishing company with BMI called "MMJ Publishing". India moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. (2011) India King was the lead vocals/bassist in her Alternative Punk/Rock band "Dragon King's Daughter".
