Carolina Aller
Carolina Aller was born in León (Spain) in 1975. She has been awarded with a Doctorate in Performing Arts and is involved in both academic disciplines (Social Worker and Acting) developing her professional career through production, interpretation and social investigation. She has been involved in theatre throughout her schooling. As a multifaceted actress she started her acting experience at the young age of 4 and continued taking part in several drama -artistic projects till the age of 17 when she created her own drama company called Jazz'ta developing an educational-artistic project. Her performing schooling took place at "Theatre of León College", "Alejandro Carvallo's School "(Actor's Studio Method) and the "Marand Dance" and musical School where she completed her voice and body expression studies. During her 4 years of stay in Portugal she shared her drama project with "Fora DE Horas" company and took part in some local cinema projects. This experience gave her the chance to boost the development of roles in different languages, improving her English knowledge, therefore she is able to perform in the three languages. Settled down in Madrid for the last 14 years her professional background has been in the theatre production with "Din Don productions" (2012-2017: What floor are you going to?, Tres Hermanas among others) filming production (2017: Media hora y UN Epílogo), as well as taking part in the cinema festivals as a member of the jury in the last years ( 2017 Gines en Corto). Recently she has been the presenter at the cinema and television festival "Reino DE León" and meanwhile she has been completing the shooting of the film "Ego-Sum" by the director Santos Ruano She is undertaking a TV Project and producing once more a theatre production that will see the light in 2018. Inspired and motivated by social causes she supports unconditionally the execution and diffusion of scenic arts projects in unstable social fields above all in the prison environment.
