John Adams is a highly experienced multi-camera series director in entertainment television - with a specialism directing live music performances. With a successful career spanning over 15 years John has directed and launched some of the biggest entertainment TV shows and live events in the UK. His credits include some of the biggest brands on British TV; I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, The Voice UK, Love Island, Who Wants to be a Millionaire? and The BAFTA Film Awards. John is highly skilled in launching brand new TV shows. He recently launched ITV's Fastest Finger First, BBC's Lightning and C4's flagship BAFTA nominated entertainment show Steph's Packed Lunch. With a specialism in directing live music performances he's directed some of the biggest artists in the industry including Kaiser Chiefs, Manic Street Preachers, Charlie Puth, Christine and the Queens,Tom Odell and Tom Walker. Previously, John was a series producer on some of the highest rated prime-time TV shows in the UK, including working on the BAFTA and multi-award winning 'Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway'.
