Asha Madathil Sreekanth
Asha Madathil Sreekanth is an Indian actress who works predominantly in the Malayalam film industry. She made her acting debut as a child artist in the movie "Doore Doore Oru Koodu Kootam (1986)" directed by Sibi Malayil. In 2018 she made her comeback in "Oru Kaatil Oru Paykappal" directed by P. Vijayakumar, and "Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri" directed by Jean Markose.
Asha was born in Kozhikode, Kerala. She completed her primary education from Govt. Girls High School, Chalapuram and graduated from Govt. Arts & Science College, Kozhikode.
In her first job after graduation, Asha worked at both Calicut and Cochin Airports for Jet Airways. She got married to Sreekanth Karat on 5th of September 2001. A proud mother of two boys.
Afterward, she relocated to Dubai, where she worked as Operations Manager at Timelapse Middle East until 2016. She then got the offer to work in the film "Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri".
Kalamandalam Beena Panicker trained her in classical Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyattam dance until the age of 21.
