In-chun Oh
Inchun Oh is a film director and scenario writer. He has been persistently making horror, thriller, and action films since he was attending Korea National University of Arts. While Inchun Oh was attending school, he wrote and directed 'A MOMENT', a co-operation project between Korea National University of Arts and Beijing Film Academy, which was fully filmed in Beijing. It was a hard-boiled thriller movie that you rarely see as a co-operation project between Korea and China. He also scouted for Dou Shawn, who is now a new Chinese star. 'Metamorphoses' was written, edited, produced, and directed by him in 2011 and it is a unique film that combines action, horror, fantasy, and comedy. With this film, he won Best Director prize in Seoul World Short Film Festival.
'Metamorphoses' also got officially invited by Busan International Short Film Festival, Mise-en-scene Short Film Festival, Hong Kong Pineapple Underground Film Festival(Hong Kong/china), Asian Film Festival of Dallas(Dallas/USA), Action On Film International Film Festival(Pasadena/USA), Thriller! Chiller! Film Festival(Grand rapid/USA), Korea Film Festival in Germany(Munster/Germany), Korea Film Festival in Australia(Sidney/Australia), and Universal Martial Arts Film Festival(Paris/France). also music video 'Looking for her' of rock band 'Theatre 8', was directed by him in 2012. got officially invited by Secramento film festival(Secramento/USA).
'Mourning Grave' was directed by him in 2014. it is a hybrid horror feature film. and Oh's first major feature film. With 'Mourning Grave', he won Europe Fantastic Film Festival Federation Asian Film Award prize in bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival 2014. also got officially invited by Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival(Toronto/Canada), Fantasporto International Fantastic Film Festival(Opporto/Portugal). This vigorous young director is also in shooting his new action-comedy feature film 'Chasing'.
