Ashleigh Swain
Ashleigh was born in Hampshire, England. She was an only child on her mothers side.
Growing up Ashleigh always loved performing and was always involved ins school productions and various clubs. Her first memorable role was as 'Ratty' in a school production of 'Wind in the Willows' aged 10. She was determined to study the arts and although she failed Dance at GCSE level she went on to study Dance as well as Performing Arts and Photography at A-Level and received good grades in all three courses. Her main passion was Acting although Photography and Dance are still Hobbies too. Her intention was to take a year out before pursuing university or Drama school but family issues delayed this and she didn't attempt to try until she was 21, by which time she felt her delay and age let her down and she was not offered a place anywhere. Although disappointed she carried on performing in local amateur dramatic groups in a variety of plays and pantomimes.
In 2016 she became friend with a local film maker Sam Mason Bell and was cast as a supporting character 'Jane Summers' in a Mockumentary series called 'The Making of'. She has since starred in a few of their other projects including 'Home Videos' & 'Fixer'.
In July 2017 Ashleigh married her boyfriend of 6 years Adam Swain, they reside in Hampshire with their cat.
