Kevin E. West
Kevin E. West hails from Nashville, TN where he grew up from the late 60s through the mid-80s before starting his performing career in Atlanta, GA. He will play any sport with a score and/or ball, as a six-time participant in the Men's Senior Baseball World Series, along with playing deadly serious Texas Hold-em on a part-time basis in the world's toughest card room, Commerce Casino. Kevin has run the LA Marathon 4 times and played collegiate golf at two Universities in his youth. Aside from his long television career Kevin also spent his first two years as a Stand-up Comic and Improv artist in his early days in Hollywood. Not too long into his career in Los Angeles Kevin created The Actors' Network.

The Actors' Network holds consecutive (2006/2007) Backstage West "Reader's Choice" awards, has been featured on Entertainment Tonight three times, and CNBC twice. It's many successful alumni include Golden Globe & Emmy Nominee Masi Oka (Heroes), and Christopher Gorham (Covert Affairs) of the Golden Globe Award winning cast of Ugly Betty and Maggie Grace (Taken). With wit, warmth and wisdom Kevin has saved many actors from the pitfalls of the often heart wrenching life of the actor in Hollywood. He is widely recognized in the industry as an expert on the business education of the performer speaking at SAG, ShowBiz Expo (NYC), UCLA, SAG Conservatory, Chapman University, Cal State Fullerton, and talent conventions across the US from Dallas to Florida. He was also featured as the Keynote speaker, at a prominent Hollywood education event, held at the Writers Guild of America and continues to speaking nationally and internationally.
In early 2014 Kevin created Dirty Laundry TV, "The news program that will give you the runs." In early 2010, to further his desire to educate the acting community worldwide, he created the Industry Professional interview series, ActorBizGuru. He has also shared his expertise with acting community far beyond Hollywood Co-Authoring the 2-hour CD "The Actor's Guide to Getting the Job" with LA's top commercial instructor, Carolyne Barry.
Kevin was also responsible for the creation of the annual Hack n' Smack, Kerry Daveline Memorial, Celebrity Golf Tournament in Southern California benefiting Melanoma. The Hack n' Smack event included such celebrities as: Joe Pesci, Joe Mantegna, Ron Perlman and Michael Chiklis. The event was voted one of the top 10 celebrity golf events in Southern California by Southland Golf magazine. He has lent his considerable talents as writer, producer, host and director to numerous charitable events including "Together We Can, Together We Will" in the wake of the L.A. riots, and the teen runaway benefit "Runnin' on Empty" both of which included top Celebrities such as Jason Alexander.
