Kevin Gance
Kevin Gance is an American actor born in Englewood, NJ and raised in West Chester, PA. After 9 years of corporate work experience, Gance decided to pursue his passion and began acting full-time in mid-2016.
Recent roles include presidential campaign manager Michael Cummings in the award-winning independent film 'In The Defense Against Tyranny' from creator Felix Ramos. In addition, Gance takes pride in getting involved with some of the world's most renowned film schools - USC School of Cinematic Arts and American Film Institute - with four appearances in recent shorts.
Other recent supporting roles include a sound engineer in the upcoming feature film 'Mind Talker' as well as a business executive in 'Shadows' from accomplished director Michael Matteo Rossi. In addition, initial featured supporting roles in a number of different projects including the award-winning independent feature 'Hacked' (2016).
On the television side, Gance has appeared as a detective in the Oxygen series 'Murdered By Morning' and a SWAT Team Leader in 'Murder Loves Company', on Investigation Discovery. Situation improvisation co-star appearances on 'America's Court with Judge Ross' and 'Idiotest' were done in front of live studio audiences. Gance played a slumlord defendant, James Finn, ultimately losing after fiercely pleading his side of the case to Judge Kevin Ross. As a game show contestant during the second season of Idiotest, Gance and his then-fiancé Megan were victorious, and provided host Ben Gleib with numerous one-liners to play with.
Commercially, Gance has built a solid foundation with versatile training and recent bookings for Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, Honey.com, Simpluris, Postmates, Riverside Metro Auto Group, and Visitors Insurance Reviews as a spokesperson.
Wide range of training both theatrically and commercially with a constant drive to get better and continue to learn, along with stunts/stage combat/weapons expertise, improvisation, scene study and cold reading. Gance is proficient driver with racing experience, and excels at golf, snow skiing, hosting/presenting, and producing with a professional home studio/VO booth for quick self tape turnaround capability.
Gance and his lovely wife Megan reside in Hermosa Beach CA, with their puppy Violet, and enjoy camping, bike riding, hiking, traveling, and skiing. Gance has always been known to friends as a big mafia aficionado and historian, along with an uncanny ability to tell stories on sports, history, or true crime.
