Kalli Therinae
Kalli Therinae is an aspiring young Indie-pop singer-songwriter and actress based in Salt Lake City, UT. She is the daughter of a Greek immigrant father and Utah born and raised mother. As a young singer in Greece, Kalli went by the name of Kalli Georgellis where she had much success as a pre-teen singing sensation. Known as the young Celine Dion of Greece she sang a duet at the Opening Ceremony of the Para-Olympics in Athens 2004. Her early teen years took her all over Europe performing and touring. She also represented Greece in the prestigious singer songwriter competition in 2005.
Kalli and her brother had been abducted illegally to Greece by their father from in June of 2003. Kalli was eventually reunited with her mother in the US where she was born and raised and started her life a new. Since being back in the US she has been seen on season 11 and 12 of American Idol and performed at major venues such as Vivent Smarthome Arena, The Complex, and several Sundance Film Festival lounges. She formed a band and started booking shows throughout the U.S. in 2017. Kalli has independently released two original singles ''Falling Into Space'' and ''BiPolarity'' and got released more originals and covers in 2017.
Since 2017, she has also ventured herself into film industry as an actress on movies like Josie Jane: Kill the Babysitter (2020) and Scarlett (2020), reprising on small roles with a promise to have bigger roles in future with her talent.
